Promotions Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is run by Only Pets Cover Insurance Services Limited, trading as Scratch & Patch, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX (“Scratch & Patch”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

 

2. Eligibility

This offer is open to individuals who:

• Are residents of the United Kingdom.
• Are aged 18 or over.

 

3. Promotional Offer

Eligible customers may receive one £20 Amazon.co.uk e-Gift Card when they purchase a qualifying Scratch & Patch pet insurance policy.

This promotion:

• Is available only on qualifying Scratch & Patch pet insurance policies purchased via MoneySuperMarket.
• Applies only where MoneySuperMarket is attributed by Scratch & Patch as the final acquisition source of the policy sale.
• Is valid for qualifying purchases made between 00:01 GMT on the 15^th June 2026 and 23:59 GMT on the 28^th June 2026 (inclusive).
• Qualifying policies purchased during the promotional period but that commence at a later date remain eligible, subject to all qualifying criteria being met.

 

4. Qualifying Policies

This offer applies to the following Scratch & Patch pet insurance policies. All other cover levels are excluded:

• Premier Plus Lifetime £8,000
• Premier Lifetime £4,000

 

5. Qualifying Criteria

To receive the reward, you must:

• Purchase a qualifying policy within the promotional period.
• Keep your policy active for a minimum of 90 days from the policy start date (the “Qualifying Period”).
• If paying annually, pay for your policy in full and keep the policy active during the Qualifying Period.
• If paying monthly, make at least three consecutive monthly payments during the Qualifying Period.
• Not cancel, request cancellation of, or otherwise terminate your policy during the cooling-off period or Qualifying Period.

 

6. Reward Limit

• A maximum of one £20 Amazon.co.uk e-Gift Card will be issued per customer, household and payment method during the promotional period, regardless of the number of eligible policies or pets insured.

 

7. Reward Fulfilment

• Once all qualifying criteria have been met, please allow up to 14 days to receive your reward.
• Qualification is confirmed only once the Qualifying Period and payment requirements have been completed.
• The reward will be sent via email to the address registered on your policy. Scratch & Patch cannot be responsible for rewards that cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer contact details.
• Scratch & Patch will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the reward within this timeframe; however, delays may occur in exceptional circumstances.

 

8. Reward Conditions

• The reward will be issued as an uk e-Gift Card.
• Customers are responsible for redeeming the reward within the validity period stated in the reward email.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
• Rewards may not be resold, auctioned, or transferred for commercial gain.
• The promotion is non-transferable and may not be applied retrospectively.
• Eligibility is subject to verification by Scratch & Patch prior to reward issue.
• Rewards are subject to availability.

9. Promotion Restrictions

• The promotion applies only to new policies purchased through MoneySuperMarket during the Qualifying Period and does not apply to renewals, existing policies, policy amendments or transfers.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any cashback, affiliate, or other Scratch & Patch promotional incentive, unless explicitly stated.
• Scratch & Patch reserves the right to withhold rewards where eligibility requirements have not been met or where fraudulent, abusive or duplicate claims are identified.

 

10. Fraud & Abuse

Scratch & Patch reserves the right to:

• Refuse or withhold rewards where fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion is suspected.
• This includes, but is not limited to, multiple policies created to obtain multiple rewards or attempts to exploit the promotion.

 

11. Liability & Reward Delivery

• Scratch & Patch is not responsible for emails not received due to spam filters, incorrect email details, or other factors outside of our control.
• Replacement of lost, expired, or deleted reward emails will be at our discretion.

13. General

• Scratch & Patch reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any such change will not affect customers who have already met the eligibility requirements of the promotion.
• Scratch & Patch reserves the right to refuse to award a reward where these terms and conditions are not met.
• All decisions made by Scratch & Patch relating to this promotion are final.

 

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• Moneysupermarket.com Limited does not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with this offer (including without limitation as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction).
• You acknowledge that Moneysupermarket.com Limited is not a party to any contract(s) in relation to the provision of the £20 Amazon.co.uk e-Gift Card promotion entered into between you and Only Pets Cover Insurance Services Limited. Moneysupermarket.com Limited will not be responsible for any damages, claims or losses arising out of, or in connection with any such contract(s) (including any services provided under any such contract(s)).
• If any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
